I was referred to Greystone Surgery as my own surgery did not offer the procedure that I needed. I had a telephone appointment with the nurse a week before the procedure. The nurse was lovely and explained thoroughly to me what would happen during the appointment. On the day of the procedure the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. I felt at ease in the waiting room and didn't have to wait too long. There were two nurses present during the procedure. Nurse Paula explained everything again and asked me to let her know when it got too painful. It is normally a painful procedure but nurse Paula is so good at her job that I only felt a little discomfort during it. Unfortunately I can't remember the other nurse's name that was present. She was chatting to me probably to distract me from the discomfort during the appointment. Thank you so much to Paula and her colleague. Only wish I lived in Greystone's catchment area as I would then definitely move to this brilliant surgery.

Greystone house surgery is one of the best surgeries, the reception ladies are lovely and always very helpfulI, the booking system is also great and fair! I have been seeing Dr Mgilligan on and off for over 13yrs and i must say he is the best doctor i have ever come across. He is the reason why i will never move home or change surgery's. He always takes the time to listen and never rushes you out of the door, i can always trust his diagnosis and i know he will always offer me the best solution no matter what! My mother is only alive today because of his persistence and care. He goes above and beyond for all his patients and he is involved in so my other things on the background so patient care is not comprised by bureaucratic’s, i honestly hope he will never leave Greystone as he truly is one of a kind they simply just don’t make doctors/people like him anymore! I am sure all his patients appreciate and know how lucky they are to have a doctor like Dr Mcgilligan. Anisa K
